Skinny Chimichangas

Another Weight Watchers recipe tonight. Highly recommend.



Black Bean & Spinach Quesadillas

I'm a huge fan of quesadillas but the way we eat them in this house involves LOTS of cheese and butter. I was happy when I stumbled upon this Weight Watchers recipe. Even the kids enjoyed it.


(We accidentally got refried pinto beans instead of refried black beans. I am sure it would taste even more delicious if we had made the recipe correctly.)
 
 

EZ Tomato-Basil Chicken


I've been trying some  new recipes. This one was taken from a Hungry Girl cookbook I borrowed from the library.
It might have looked a little more fresh except I baked this and then let it sit in the oven for 90 minutes while we went to evening church. That didn't affect the taste though. YUMMY!!!!!!

(I think this recipe would also be great on top of some wheat spaghetti.)

July 10 on 10

I know it's the 16th but I am just now finding the time to post this. Enjoy. :)

Got up and played some Scramble With Friends. (Do you play??? Invite me to play a game.)

Blake got the cereal down.

Made my bed. (Yes, my room is small. We took the small room so the girls could spread out a little. Every night we push the bed at an angle so Mike can get into bed and then in the morning I make it and push it back.)

Went down to the family room to spray for ants. Highly recommend Raid. Notice the dead ants beside the can.

Chase's big eyes.

Washed my hair.

 Couch to 5K (Watching a Korean drama- Summer Scent. It's on Netflix. Highly recommend!)

Miracle Dinner (meatballs)- a dinner that ALL 7 enjoy. 

New Scentsy burner in the bathroom. (Hazelnut Latte wax)
