Dinner Menu

Sometimes I'm excited about our dinner menu. I guess this is one of those times. :) Here is what is on the schedule for the week. Days aren't certain at this time cause I never know what I'll be doing or what I'll have time for.

1. Chicken & Dumplins with veggies (popcorn shrimp & chips for the haters)
2. Meatballs & baby carrots
3. Burritos & green beans
4. Cream of Broccoli Soup (popcorn chicken & fries for the haters)
5. Cheesy Bacon roll-up & fruit
6. Chicken "Potpie" w/ potatoes & corn (this isn't your traditional potpie- you know, chicken & veggies with a crust. This is actually chicken & potatoes in a chicken gravy/broth with large noodles made of crisco & flour and cut into squares. Hard to explain but it's a family recipe and it's YUMMY!!!!)

O. Overnight hospital stays: between my 5 kids I spent 18 nights in the hospital. Also spent 2 other nights in the hospital with Abigail when she was a baby and had RSV. AND spent 1 night in the hospital with my older sister, Dawn, when she delivered her second child.
P. Pet peeves: negativity, complaining, and whining. People who brag about their stuff. Crumbs in the butter tub.
Q. Quote from a movie: "That's none-of-your-business talk. I'm terribly fond of Georg (pronounced gay-org) and I'll not have you toying with us." lol. No idea why I like that line but I have said it to my sisters many times over the years. lol.

S. Siblings: Two sisters (Dawn & Brooke), two sisters-in-law (Kathy & Susan), four brothers-in-law (Matthew, Dan, Mark, & Billy).
T. Time you wake up: 9:00am- give or take.
U. Underwear: Of course. I'd share what kind but what if a BOY reads this???
V. Vegetables you don't like: I can't think of one
W. What makes you run late: a pooie diaper
X. X-rays you've had: shoulder, mouth, belly,
Y. Yummy food you make: cake- duh! Besides cake- poppyseed chicken, homemade noodles (pennsylvania dutch style), cheese-stuffed meatloaf, coke roast & potatoes.
Z. Zoo animal favorites: penguins (they love reflected light- their heads will follow it quickly for long periods of time. Trust me- I have experience with this.)
