Last night I made potpie for dinner. I cooked the chicken a tad bit too long and I simmered the "juice" too long so it was a little thicker than last time but it was still TASTY!!! Here's a pic of what it looked like before we cut into it.
It's so pretty! I'm thinking about trying my hand at chicken pot pie soon. I've got a roasting chicken, and I thought I could use the second half of it to make a pie.
