Low-Cal Tasty Lunch

Today when I made my lunch I decided to video myself and share it with you. Here are the ingredients you will need if you want to make one for yourself:

1 sun-dried tomato basil wrap
1 tsp honey mustard
1 tbsp miracle whip
lettuce
3 slices Honey Ham
Cheese (optional)

I loved this post!!! I go through stages where I like to eat wraps like this too. I usually buy whole wheat wraps that are around 130 calories each and top with ham or turkey (usually from Aldi, not a deli), cheddar and a little mayo and yellow mustard. Yum! Sometimes I add green peppers or cucumbers too if I have them on hand.
