I'm a huge fan of quesadillas but the way we eat them in this house involves LOTS of cheese and butter. I was happy when I stumbled upon this Weight Watchers recipe. Even the kids enjoyed it.
(We accidentally got refried pinto beans instead of refried black beans. I am sure it would taste even more delicious if we had made the recipe correctly.)
