Outside my window... a little chilly but thankfully it is NOT raining. :)
I am thinking... about Blake and how to help him have a successful school day.
I am thankful for... clean socks.
From the learning rooms... Alison finished her math book for the year. Prepositional phrases for Abigail. Ethan is doing EXCELLENT in his writing book- a HUGE improvement. Wrote an entire paragraph today about a character WITHOUT complaining. Blake.... Blake, Blake, Blake. Sigh.
From the kitchen... Made Easy Cheesy Chicken Bake for a church funeral. Making homemade noodles for dinner tomorrow night.
I am wearing... pink pj pants with tiny pink hearts & a gray MVNU Alumni t-shirt. (and they are both HANGING on me.)
I am creating... nothing.
I am going... to finish up this blog entry and then head to bed.
I am reading... haven't been reading but I have good intentions of reading the 4 books I have in the drawer beside the little couch.
I am hoping... that someday very soon I will see a new number on the scale.
I am hearing... Dog the Bounty Hunter- on Netflix.
One of my favorite things... sweeping the carpet and seeing the crumbs getting swept up.
Praying for... a friend who lost her FIL, a friend who is counting down the days until she brings home her adopted baby, two cousins who struggled with fertility and are now pregnant, friends who have relocated, unspoken for myself.
A Lyric or Two... (singing this as a duet in a few weeks at church)

Your Great Name- Natalie Grant (Video below)
Lost are saved; find their way; at the sound of your great name
All condemned; feel no shame, at the sound of your great name
Every fear; has no place; at the sound of your great name
The enemy; he has to leave; at the sound of your great name
Jesus, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain for us, Son of God and Man
You are high and lifted up; that all the world will praise your great name.
All the weak; find their strength; at the sound of your great name
Hungry souls; receive grace; at the sound of your great name
The fatherless; they find their rest; at the sound of your great name
Sick are healed; and the dead are raised; at the sound of your great name
Lost are saved; find their way; at the sound of your great name
All condemned; feel no shame, at the sound of your great name
Every fear; has no place; at the sound of your great name

Redeemer, My Healer, Almighty
My savior, Defender, You are My King

A verse to share...
I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that men will revere him. Ecclesiastes 3:14
